Xand Corp ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Fortune Suite mobile applications, including Fortune Cookie, Tarot Reading, Daily Horoscope, Rune Casting, I-Ching, and Numerology.

Information We Collect

Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including:

  • App usage patterns and feature interactions
  • Device information (model, OS version)
  • Session duration and frequency
  • Content viewing events

Crash Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash and error data to help us improve app stability.

Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect:

  • Device identifiers (advertising ID)
  • Usage data and interaction with ads

AdMob may also use your IP address to infer a general geographic region for ad targeting. Our apps do not request location permissions.

Local Data

The following data is stored locally on your device:

  • Last content viewing date
  • Content history
  • Notification preferences
  • Personalization settings (e.g., zodiac sign, birth date)

Purchase Data

If you subscribe to Plus, we use RevenueCat to verify and manage your entitlement. The following purchase data is processed:

  • Anonymous app user ID
  • Subscription status and product purchased
  • Purchase tokens and transaction IDs from Google Play
  • Country and approximate region (for tax and pricing)
  • Device identifiers and app version

We never receive payment-card numbers or other payment-method details — those are handled entirely by Google Play.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Improve app functionality and user experience
  • Analyze usage patterns and app performance
  • Fix bugs and technical issues
  • Display advertisements via Google AdMob
  • Verify and manage active Plus subscriptions

We do NOT:

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Collect personally identifiable information

Third-Party Services

Our apps use the following third-party services that may collect data:

  • Firebase Analytics (Google) — anonymous usage analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — crash and error reporting
  • Google AdMob — advertising
  • RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement verification

Google services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. RevenueCat is governed by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

AWS Lambda hosts our API endpoints. No personal data is stored on our servers.

Data Storage and Security

All content data is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences. We do not store your content on our servers.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, we will send you daily reminders. You can disable notifications at any time through app settings or your device settings.

Premium Subscriptions

Some of our apps offer optional "Plus" subscriptions that remove ads and unlock unlimited history and favorites. Subscriptions are sold and billed exclusively through Google Play; we never receive or store your payment-card information.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through your Google Play subscriptions page. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your existing access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play under their refund policy.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your locally stored data
  • Delete your data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app
  • Opt out of analytics (through device settings)
  • Opt out of personalized ads (through device ad settings)
  • Disable notifications

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
