Why Xandcorp exists
Xandcorp started with a simple observation: the businesses that could benefit most from AI—local restaurants, retailers, service providers—were being priced out of the market. Enterprise AI solutions cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. That didn't seem right.
Xandcorp is the independent consultancy of Alexander “Xand” Lourenco, a software engineer based in Glens Falls, New York. It's deliberately a one-person operation: when you hire Xandcorp, the person you meet on the first call is the person who designs, builds, and supports your project.
The work covers everything from the website your customers see to the automation, chatbots, and behind-the-scenes systems that keep a business running—built to the same standard big companies pay for, but scoped and priced for local businesses.

Alexander is a software engineer with 17 years of experience building and shipping production systems across web, mobile, cloud infrastructure, and AI—the kind of tooling that usually only large companies get to use.
He started Xandcorp to bring that engineering to the businesses around him in Glens Falls and the Capital Region: practical automation, honest advice, and software the client actually owns.
